Renewable energies and their implementation throughout the Aragonese territory continue to cause a stir. This Sunday, more than a thousand people demonstrated in the center of Zaragoza to demand a fairer and more orderly implementation of energy parks. Coming from all parts of the community, the demonstrators have walked along the Paseo de la Independencia united under several slogans against the actions taken by companies and public administrations around the energy parks. Loren himself has affirmed that the Government of Aragon “supports and understands” the demands shown this Sunday in the demonstrationled by the 13M Platform. The general director has emphasized that the DGA is already working on the regulation of renewable energies to be deployed, with a guideline that “defines once and for all where these parks can and cannot be installed”. Loren has advanced that working groups related to the subject have already been organized, but has pointed out that “the projects that are already underway will not be able to be paralyzed”. The director criticized that Aragón is “a theme park” for renewable energy companies and said he hopes that “before the end of the year” the landscape law of Aragon will be ready.
