Shipping policy

1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
In 2 or 3 business days through CORREOS EXPRESS (if these are orders that do not include textile garments, if they include this type of garment, the order will arrive approximately 7 business days from placing the order). On specific dates (CHRISTMAS, BLACK FRIDAY…) there may be delays in shipments.

2. WHERE IS IT SHIPPED FROM?
Shipped from Spain.

3. WHERE IS IT SHIPPED TO?
Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.

3. MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED ALREADY, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. WHAT DO I DO?

  • Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
  • Ask about your order at your SEUR office.
  • Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left your package with them.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@jfactory.es with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.

Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.

4. I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, send us an email to info@jfactory.es within one week from the time of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. It is very important that you record this damage or partial delivery of the order on the carrier’s delivery note, if it does not appear on it we will not be able to make any refund or send you another order.

We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens to your order, please contact us at info@jfactory.es​.

6. DO YOU RETURN THE MONEY?
We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at info@jfactory.es with photos of your item and we will find a solution.
