Biodiversity conservation will only be possible if all social and economic sectors work as a team.
Climate change is the greatest challenge we face today; our future depends on our ability to join forces and work hand in hand.

From the Foundation for the Conservation of the Bearded Vulture we work at national level with multiple actors in conservation projects, awareness and denunciation campaigns, as well as in environmental education with the aim of expanding our impact and strengthening conservation work.
In addition, we are part of different networks and working groups dedicated to improving environmental practices, strengthening research on the conservation of species, or promoting sustainable rural development, among many other issues.

  • 2022 – 2027 LIFE Pro Bearded Vulture Project, Iberian Corridors for the Bearded Vulture LIFE20/NAT/ES/001363 In execution phase.
    Funded by the European Commission, FCQ is the coordinating beneficiary partner.
    Other partners: ANyH and MITECO.
  • 2022 Iberian Alliance for Biodiversity Union of the foundations; Fundación Oso Pardo, Fundación Naturaleza y Hombre, Fundación Global Nature and Fundación para la Conservación del Quebrantahuesos for the development of habitat and species conservation projects in the Iberian countryside.
  • 2013-2018 Project LIFE12/NAT/ES/000322 “Bearded vulture conservation as a resource for the maintenance of ecosystem services-Bearded vulture network”.Funded by the European Commission and other co-financiers, FCQ is the coordinating beneficiary partner.
