The FCQ comments and exposes different issues. The parliamentary question prepared by the FCQ in the Cortes de Aragón to the Minister of Environment and Tourism and made by the Parliamentary Group Teruel Existe, on the application of the action protocol to require power companies to adapt power lines due to death by collision or electrocution of birds. The Counselor answers that instructions have been given to the three provinces (Zaragoza, Huesca and Teruel) for the application of the protocol, see: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1524365274991571 We inform about the investigation being carried out by the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Zaragoza, as a result of our complaint for non-compliance with Law 21/1992 of Industry and Law 26/2007 of Environmental Responsibility of the General Directorate of Energy and Mines of the Department of Industry, Economy and Employment of the Government of Aragon. The Sos Sos Tendidos Eléctricos Platform agrees to hold further meetings with the heads of Industry of the Autonomous Regions. The recent meeting of the Environmental Prosecutors in Albacete and the statements of the Prosecutor who coordinates the Environmental and Urban Planning matters of the State Attorney General’s Office are also discussed:

Finally, the Platform will issue a press release in relation to the non-compliance of MITECO in relation to the modification of the Royal Decree on power lines and birds. The next meeting of the Platform will be held in May.
