Lines of work

The Foundation for the Conservation of the Bearded Vulture bases its activity on five lines of action that are the following:

1. Conservation and defence of the environment.
Actions in conjunction with different entities to establish measures for the conservation of biodiversity

2. Management
Design of corrective measures against actions that may affect biodiversity.

3. Research
Collaboration with research centres in order to increase knowledge about biodiversity.

4. Environmental education
Public communication and environmental education campaigns designed to achieve changes in attitude and increase the understanding of environmental problems, coupled with the analysis of possible solutions, in collaboration with different institutions.

5. Rural development and ecotourism
Sustainable development programmes that generate a sustainable income and improve quality of life in the territory.
